Shipping Methods and Rates 
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and we charge you an estimated flat rate for every province, state, etc. The charges are based on the weight and location, which is automatically calculated when you place your order.

E-mail confirmation 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your package has been shipped. You will also be provided with a tracking number to track your item.

Delivery Information 
Please allow 7-14 business days once the payment is received for deliveries within North America and 10-20 business days for International deliveries.
Some orders may take longer than usual due to customs release, weather, or etc.
