Shipping Policy


When do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday  – Friday, excluding statutory holidays. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely delivery.

Where do you ship to? 
We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic shipments, or shipments within Canada, please e-mail customercare@daintytouchapparel.com. If you have questions about international shipments (anywhere but Canada and the US) please e-mail customercare@daintytouchapparel.com

How do you ship?
All of our orders are shipped via Canada Past.

Rates to ship?
We charge you an estimated flat rate for every province, state, etc. The charges are based on the weight and location, which is automatically calculated when you place your order. Your credit card is charged once you have placed the order.

How do you track an order that’s been shipped?
If a tracking number is available and an e-mail address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated e-mail via Canada Post with your tracking number once the order ships.

Required Signature: 
Deliveries to residential addresses typically do not require a signature, however in the event that one is required and no one is available to sign, a note will be left noting the attempted delivery. A second attempt will be made, and if once again there is no one available to sign. The item will be sent to the nearest post office for two weeks before being returned to the sender.

E-Mail Confirmation: 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that your package has been shipped. You will also be provided with a tracking number to track your item.
